Trying to sell my 4000 sq. ft. custom home during a bad time to sell, was not easy. But you came through with flying colors and a get-it-done attitude - even when another real estate agent could not. It was indeed a beautiful home on an acre but truly not the home for the average buyer. It was also a trying time for me personally - and that was also handled with care. It was your determination, knowledge, and great communication skills that did the job. ...and we got more than asking price! Thank you and recommendations are one thing. But the true sign of appreciation for a service well done - is repeat business. Choosing you and Pat Koch Real Estate when I was ready to buy was a no-brainer. It seems like we looked at a hundred homes - and although I got a bit frustrated at times not finding what I wanted - YOU were always there and upbeat with a new list of homes to look at. 'Next!' The extra effort you went through, and numerous communications to selling agent to secure my new home, during multiple offers, was and is a testament to your RE skills.
